The NHBP Human Resources Department is responsible for identifying necessary positions to serve Tribal Members. As a result, NHBP must have quality employees within its government to continue to provide events, programs, activities and services to its Members.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for screening, interviewing and selecting highly qualified employees for NHBP. The department also manages employee relations, benefits and training for all NHBP employees. Through careful practices, NHBP is able to select the best candidates and continue to serve and meet the needs of NHBP Tribal Members.
